A dedicated team led by a Project Manager will handle the entire build process.

The team includes assistant project managers, planners, controllers, buyers, consultants, managers for various technical aspects, and a production coordinator.

A Steering Committee, including members of the Owner’s team, will monitor and guide the project.

Gates

The build process is divided into ten gates, with a review at the end of each gate.

These reviews ensure all necessary actions have been taken, risks are assessed, and required information is available for the next stage.
